Observations of Costa Rica

Costa Rica has as all other countries its characteristics. These are the ones that I have noticed so far (please observe that this is my personal point of view)

·         On the radio they are mostly playing music from the 80’s and the 90’s. I really like that, since that was my party days.

·         Costa Rican’s are very friendly and speak better English than the other Latin American countries that I have visited.

·         They love sauces with cream. Almost everything that you order on the menu (that is not local food) is made with a creamy sauce. Today I had Spaghetti Marinara with cream sauce.
